How to Change a Customer’s Contact Information

To edit your customer’s contact information, you must first be logged into your DistributorCentral account

  1. Once logged in, click Customers in the left menu
  2. Next, find your customer using the customer list search
  3. Once you’ve found the customer, click the Pencil icon to the far right to edit the customer record
  4. Click Contact Info
  5. Next, click View / Edit to the right of the customer contact you need to make changes to
  6. On the Contact Info screen for that customer, make your changes 
  7. Click Save at the bottom to save the updates to your customer contact
